Clients will be permitted to wear a mask upon entering and for the entirety of the appointment.
Please arrive alone. No guest or children will be permitted.
When you arrive please wait in your car and send a text. I will come and get you.
Please leave your belongings in the car.
Hand sanitizer will be provided and a Covid-19 pre-screening will be done.
Appointments are scheduled with extra time in between to ensure proper sanitization.
All tools, equipment and surfaces will be cleaned/disinfected with medical grade solutions before and after appointments.
If you are showing any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, Flu, Fever etc. Please reschedule your appointment immediately.
CANCELLATION, LATE & NO SHOW POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation not made within the 24 hours period will result in a cancellation fee, and deposit for future bookings. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the service.
Your appointment is very important to me. Each appointment is booked with the given time frame for your service, so please arrive on time. Being 15 minutes late for your appointment means that your appointment time will be shortened.
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment - you will be required to pay a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure any future bookings, which will go towards your service.
